Job Description
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as tea, coffee, artisan and speciality beverages. Serve prepared food items such as pastries. Cleaning work areas, utensils and equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards). Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter. Restocking shelves, & arranging displays. Fulfilling pouches of loose-leaf tea. Occasionally assembling samplers, & gift sets.

$15-20/hour depending on experience ( + any tips )

Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred, but not required.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work around peak hours, which at teaCAMILLA are weekends, afternoons between 12 and 4pm, and the Fall & Winter season with December being the busiest month.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of dairy, sugar ratios, tea blend, etc.)
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
