Local Chaga Mushroom
Chaga is a mushroom that grows primarily on birch trees throughout the northern hemisphere but can also be found on other hardwoods. Popular in various folk medicine practices, Chaga can be steeped as a tea or incorporated into soups and broths for a little extra forest magic.

• Preferrably boil for 20 minutes on stove
