Make your own Elderberry Syrup at home! This mix contains dried elderberries along with other immune boosting herbs and spices. Elderberry Syrup helps to support your body's natural immune system defenses.

Elderberry Syrup is a natural folk remedy for preventing the common cold and flu. It works by gently boosting your immune system over time. Recommended to take about 1 tablespoon a day. Elderberry Syrup works better when taken regularly to help prevent a cold rather than as a treatment for when you already have a cold.
This is my special blend of elderberries with warming spices and a touch of Rosemary.
Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Cardamom & Cardamom Pods , Organic Sweet Cinnamon Chips, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Star Anise, Organic Rosemary

Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Cardamom & Cardamom Pods , Organic Sweet Cinnamon Chips, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Star Anise, Organic Rosemary
How to make Elderberry Syrup:
- Bring 4 cups of water and 3/4 cup mix to a simmer on the stove.
- Leave uncovered for 20-30 minutes until water is reduced by about half.
- Take off heat and let cool for 15 minutes
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
- Mix in 1/2 cup to 1 cup local raw honey depending on desired sweetness
- Add some Brandy, Vodka, or Apple Cider Vinegar to preserve freshness for longer
- Keep refridgerated and take 1 Tbsp to support the immune system.
